rpsportstrainingGirls Club Volleyball Training Program
My Girls Club Volleyball
Training Program is designed for female teenage athletes who wants a more competitive all-around game. My 1hr
volleyball training programs are created to maximize your skills and athletic talents to become a more productive volleyball
player. The best female volleyball athletes are moving faster, jumping higher, reacting quicker
on the court. They are much better conditioned & stronger than ever before. The top girls in the country are crafting their bodies as well as their volleyball skills to compete
with the best in the nation. Your job & responsibility is to make sure you are in shape to compete with them. Practice alone will not make it versus the
better players and athletes. You need to spend extra time on your volleyball fitness & skill level. I have one
of the best volleyball training programs & workouts in the Sacramento Region. You will see results within a very
short period of time no matter what level you are at now. Step up your volleyball game before it is too late. Go to my "
Contact Me" web page & fill out a short information form. If you have the desire and determination to train like a top notch volleyball
athlete come see me for an Athletic Evaluation. Go to my "Contact Me" page and fill out a

1st Team All-League, 2nd Team
All-Metro, & MVP of Her League. Bella Vista Middle Blocker Melissa Bishop is increasing her upper body power with medicine ball one handed throw
downs. Melissa has become a more powerful player in the middle because of my medicine ball power training program.
She is taking her volleyball game to Cal-State Stanlisaus in 2009. What athletic skills does a volleyball player need? A volleyball player
needs to be able to attack, block, and dig effectively for an entire game. To get in the proper position to carry out these
tasks, the player must be able to execute the basic motor skills of changing direction, starting, stopping, shuffling, and
jumping. Therefore, agility drills specific to volleyball should be part of the program.
