rpsportstraining strength & conditioning coach

Hello my name is Rance Palmer. I am a youth sports fitness trainer. I train young teenage athletes between the ages of 13-18 years of age to excel in competitive sports.

My expertise is training young athletes that participate on competitive teams such as ASA Girls Softball, Girls Club Volleyball, Baseball Travel Teams, Select & Comp Soccer teams
.

I have worked with Softball Teams as the Yardsharks, Sierra College, Roseville Heat, All-American Mizuno, Sacramento Breeze, Capitol City Comets, Roseville Elite, and others.

I have worked with Volleyball Teams such as Delta Valley, Force, Golden Bear, Orangevale, Gold Cal, and others.

I have worked with Soccer Teams such as Placer, San Juan, and others to develop soccer athletes.

However, I have also worked with football teams. cheerleaders, water polo, and other athletes too.

My sports background is as a Former Prep Parade All-American defensive back & track athlete. I am a certified sports fitness trainer who loves to help young athletes. I have worked & learned from some of the best sports trainers in the Nation.

I have designed a very successful high performance sports training program for ASA Softball Athletes, Club Volleyball Athletes, Comp Soccer Athletes
. The training program is designed to improve their on field & on court performance.

I have helped hundreds of boys and girls improve their athletic skills. Most have become All-Stars, All-League, and All-City players. Many have gone on to play in college by earning sports scholarships.

In 2000 I started the Sackids sports training program for ages 10-12. The name was changed to rpsportstraining in 2005. The program was started because I saw a need for young athletes to develop their athletic skills and overall conditioning.

My phylosophy is that strength training is the foundation for building a great athlete. Building strength as an athlete for your sport will help you prevent injuries, increase speed, improve power, & much more.

However, strength is not the only factor for improving your athletic ability. You must be willing to learn & execute various exercises and drills to improve your footwork, agility, quickness, & speed. This will help you become a better athlete for your sport.

rpsportstraining is located in North Highlands, California. I train athletes inside of Fitness Systems. We have everything needed to bring out the best in young athletes.

My goals are to help young athetes improve their natural athletic talents. Their goals become my goals when I work with each athlete. If you want to take your game to the next level contact me ASAP.

For more information contact me by going to my "Contact Page" and filling out my contact information. I will contact you to discuss how you may benefit from sports training.
